  • How can I place an order?

    Once you find the materials you like, select ‘in shopping cart’. You will be able to find all the selected materials in your shopping cart afterwards. After checking your articles, click ‘proceed to check out’. Fill in your personal details, your preferred payment options and select pick-up or delivery. Done! You will receive confirmation by means of an e-mail.

  • How do I modify my shopping cart

    Go to shopping cart at the top of your screen. You can buy multiple copies of the same book, by raising the quantity. Lower the quantity to zero to remove the product from your shopping cart. Once you proceed to check-out, you won’t be able to modify the order anymore. However, you can always go back to your shopping card, by clicking the button in the corner left.

  • What payment options are there?

    We provide the following payment options: Bancontact (Belgian debit cards), Mastercard, Visa and Apple Pay.

  • How do I get a reduction with my ACCO share?

    If you have a share of ACCO publishers, you will be able to enjoy a reduction on all books published by ACCO. This reduced price is shown in the catalogue and the product page. The reduction will be deducted once you enter the share number during check-out. We will ask you to show us your ACCO card when picking up your books.

  • How can I find what I need for my courses?

    Once you log in with your university credentials, you can sort our catalogue automatically to show books for your personal studies. Use the filters to look even more specific for books for your majors, minors, or courses. You will also find a search tool on the top of the page.

  • How can I check if my course material is available?

    In the catalogue or when checking out, you’ll see if a book is readily available or only available on demand.

    In the first instance, you will be able to select a pick-up date instantly after having placed the order. If a product is only available on demand, you will be notified when the book becomes available for pick-up or sending. We can only provide you with an indication of when this could be.

  • I can't find what I'm looking for.

    Your professor might still not have provided us the course materials, or has not notified us yet of his plans to do so. Please come back later, or ask your professor.

  • What's the difference between the two prices?

    On the left (shown in green), you will find the reduced price for members of VRG and Crimen and shareholders of ACCO. You will be charged this amount once you have completed the membership process. Keep in mind you will only be able to enjoy the reduced price once for each product.

    De higher amount on the right is charged to non-members.

  • Absolutely! Besides being able to participate in all of our events at a sharper rate, you will receive considerable reductions on this webshop.

  • How do I become a member of VRG?

    Go to vrg.be/word-lid and follow the steps on your screen. Once you have completed the process and successfully executed the payment of the membership fee, you will automatically enjoy member reductions on this webshop. Don’t forget to pick up your membership card afterwards at our book shop or at our secretariat.

  • How do I become a member of Crimen?

    Find us at the Crimen secretariat to become a member. You will be able to enjoy member reductions on this webshop after you’ve validated your ISIC number.

  • I don't seem to enjoy member reductions?

    Check if you have successfully completed all of the steps in the membership process, like executing the payment of the member fee. Go to your account on this webshop, and check if your membership was registered. If not, refresh. Contact cursusdienst@vrg.be if you are still experiencing troubles.

  • Can I access this webshop as a non-student?

    Unfortunately, no. Our book shop is meant for students who have registered at KU Leuven. You will only be able to buy through this webshop with your university credentials. For further questions, please fund us at cursusdienst@vrg.be.

  • How can I receive my course materials after ordering?

    We offer two ways of receiving your ordered books: pick-up at our book shop in the Faculty of Law, or delivery to your home. Pick-up is free. For delivery, we’ll charge a fee at check-out.

  • How can I pick-up my order?

    After having placed your order, you will be provided the possibility to select a pick-up time once one or more articles in your order become available. You will be notified by means of an e-mail. You can always check the status of your order on your account page.

  • How does delivery work?

    If you opted for delivery at check-out, your order will be sent to you by postal service once all products in your order are available. This will depend on the service of the publishers and our suppliers.  We will notify you when your order is sent by means of an e-mail.

  • What's the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order at all times on your account page. We will also notify you by means of an e-mail when anything changes.

  • I bought the wrong book, what can I do now?
